In-Sync's comprehensive daycare program offers dog parents a stress-free alternative to leaving their furry friends home alone. Our mission is to provide a safe, fun environment where dogs can interact, learn, and play with others, all under the watchful eye of our trained staff. With 8,000 sqft of indoor and outdoor play areas, low dog-to-staff ratios, and tailored playgroups based on size and play style, your dog is sure to have a blast. Well-behaved intact dogs are welcome (excluding females in heat). Nap times are available for dogs who need a break from all the fun.
Terms & Conditions:
The certificate is valid for 10 full days of daycare, based on 2 days per week (Monday to Friday, 7am - 6pm). It must be used within a consecutive 5-week period and expires 1 year from the auction date (Feb 28, 2026).
The winning bidder must contact In-Sync to set up their account and schedule the first assessment day. Each week must be booked in advance; drop-ins are not accepted. The first booking will be an assessment day.
Dogs who do not pass the assessment will be separated for the day, and owners will be contacted to pick them up early if possible. No refund will be issued for dogs who fail their assessment.
Aggressive or reactive dogs will not be allowed. Dogs nervous around people are welcome, as long as our staff can safely handle them. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations to avoid losing the scheduled day.
