B&Bowa's Cleaning Services specializes in both commercial and post-construction cleaning. For commercial clients, they offer tailored cleaning solutions for offices, businesses, and industrial spaces, ensuring a clean and professional environment through regular maintenance and deep cleaning services. Additionally, their post-construction cleaning services handle the removal of dust, debris, and leftover materials from newly built or renovated spaces, delivering a pristine, safe, and ready-to-use site. With a focus on professionalism and attention to detail, B&Bowa's Cleaning is committed to meeting the unique needs of both commercial and post-construction projects.

Booking a service does not guarantee an immediate spot. You will receive confirmation via email, phone, or text once your appointment is finalized. While we schedule cleaning appointments for a specific time, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed. We typically arrive no later than 30 minutes after the scheduled start time, with up to a 1-hour window. If we are running behind, we will contact you by phone or text.

We reserve the right to deny or terminate service if there is inappropriate conduct, inaccessible utilities (such as electricity or water), safety concerns, excessive clutter, unsanitary conditions, or dangerous items like weapons or live wires. Our cleaners may refuse service on-site, and a cancellation fee may apply. For safety reasons, we do not handle mold removal, areas with bodily fluids, or items weighing over 50 pounds. Please move heavy furniture before your appointment. We do not clean areas that require us to climb higher than 6 feet or perform any work outside your home. Contact us if you need service above 6 feet.

We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a $50 fee, and rescheduled appointments will incur a $25 fee. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours after the job is completed, and we will work to resolve the issue, whether through a partial refund or a re-clean.

It is your responsibility to ensure our cleaning team has access to your property at the scheduled time. If we are locked out, we will try to contact you. If access is not provided within 60 minutes of our arrival, a $50 late cancellation fee may apply. If your property has a security system, please provide us with the necessary codes or instructions.

We ask that you tidy up and remove clutter to allow our cleaners to access the areas that need cleaning. If you would like us to handle this, please inform us ahead of time for a fee adjustment. While rare, breakage or damage may occur. We carry insurance for any damage caused by our cleaners, but you must report any damage or breakage within 24 hours of the service. We are not responsible for claims made after this period. We are also not liable for damage to fragile, valuable, irreplaceable, or improperly secured items such as cash, jewellery, art, antiques, or fixtures.
