For our commercial clients, we offer customized cleaning solutions for offices, businesses, and industrial spaces-keeping your work environment clean, fresh, and professional with regular and deep cleaning options.
We also excel in post-construction cleaning, removing all dust, debris, and leftover materials from newly built or renovated spaces, so your site is pristine, safe, and move-in ready. With a focus on precision and professionalism, B&Bowa's Cleaning meets the unique needs of every project.
Booking & Scheduling:
Booking a service doesn't guarantee immediate availability. Once your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive an email, call, or text with the details. We aim to arrive within a 1-hour window from the scheduled time, but exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed. If we're running late, we will let you know via phone or text.
Service Limitations:
We reserve the right to deny or terminate service if there's inappropriate behavior, inaccessible utilities (like electricity or water), safety hazards, excessive clutter, unsanitary conditions, or dangerous items (such as weapons, live wires, etc.). In these cases, a cancellation fee may apply.
For your safety, we do not handle:
-Mold removal
-Areas with bodily fluids
-Items weighing over 50 pounds (please move heavy furniture beforehand)
-Anything requiring us to climb higher than 6 feet
-Outdoor cleaning tasks
If you need service above 6 feet, contact us before booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
To avoid a fee, please give us at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee. Rescheduled appointments will incur a $25 fee.
If you're not completely satisfied with our service, please reach out within 24 hours after the job is completed, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a partial refund or a re-clean.
Access to Your Property:
It's your responsibility to ensure we have access to your property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property, we will attempt to contact you. If we do not receive access within 60 minutes of arrival, a $50 late cancellation fee may apply. If you have a security system, please provide us with the necessary codes or instructions.
Preparing for Cleaning:
To ensure a smooth cleaning process, please clear any clutter from the areas to be cleaned. If you'd like us to handle this, let us know in advance, and we will adjust the fee.
While breakage is rare, if it occurs, we carry insurance for damages caused by our team.
Any damage or breakage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion; after that, claims will not be accepted. We are not liable for fragile, valuable, irreplaceable, or improperly secured items such as cash, jewellery, art, antiques, or fixtures.
