Terms & Conditions

• A bid is a contract between you and Harvard Media Auctions. If you have the highest bid you will enter into a legally binding purchase contract.
• It is the responsibility of the bidder to fully read the lot descriptions. 
• All sales are subject to GST and  PST, when applicable. 
• If you are the successful bidder your purchase will be automatically charged to the credit card you registered with. If your payment is declined, we will contact you for another credit card. If you do not pay for your lot within 3 business days, your purchase will be canceled. 
• Upon successful payment you will be contacted by someone from Harvard Media within 3 business days letting you know how to claim your items.
• No auction lots will be distributed without a payment. 
• All items are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
• All sales are final.
