Terms & Conditions

• A bid is a contract between you and Harvard Media Auctions. If you have the highest bid you will enter into a legally binding purchase contract.
• It is the responsibility of the bidder to fully read the lot descriptions. 
• All sales are subject to GST and  PST, when applicable, except for the purchase of gift cards. 
• If you are the successful bidder your purchase will be automatically charged to the credit card you registered with us. If your payment is declined, we will contact you for another credit card. If you do not pay for your lot within 3 business days, your purchase will be cancelled. 
• Upon successful payment you will be contacted by someone from Harvard Media within 3 business days letting you know how to claim your items.
• No auction lots will be distributed without a payment. 
• At the end of the auction 6pm MT, 7pm CST if there is a high level of bidding activity on a lot, the bidding time will be extended by 5 minutes. It is the responsibility of the bidder to keep track if they have been outbid.
• All items are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
• All sales are final unless extenuating circumstances (ex: business closing with the year purchased).

Shipping Information                                           

The successful bidder will receive an email within 3 business days from Harvard Media outlining how to claim their purchase. 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange shipment or pick up of any items bought.

Some items may not be able to be shipped due to size, please fully read the lot descriptions to see if shipping is not available on the lot you are bidding on.
