B&Bowa's Cleaning Services specializes in both commercial and post-construction cleaning. For commercial clients, we provide tailored cleaning solutions for offices, businesses, and industrial spaces, ensuring a clean and professional environment through regular maintenance and deep cleaning. Our post-construction services efficiently remove dust, debris, and leftover materials from newly built or renovated spaces, delivering a pristine, safe, and ready-to-use site. We focus on professionalism and attention to detail to meet the unique needs of all projects.
Booking & Scheduling:
- Booking a service does not guarantee an immediate spot. You will receive confirmation via email, phone, or text once your appointment is finalized.
- While we schedule cleaning appointments for specific times, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed. We typically arrive no later than 30 minutes after the scheduled start time, with a 1-hour window. If we are running behind, we will contact you.
Service Denial & Safety:
- We reserve the right to deny or terminate service for inappropriate conduct, inaccessible utilities (electricity or water), safety concerns, excessive clutter, unsanitary conditions, or dangerous items like weapons or live wires. Our cleaners may refuse service on-site, and a cancellation fee may apply.
- For safety reasons, we do not handle mold removal, areas with bodily fluids, or items weighing over 50 pounds. Please move heavy furniture before your appointment. We do not clean areas requiring us to climb higher than 6 feet or perform work outside your home. Please contact us if you need service above 6 feet.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
- We require at least 48 hours� notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee, while rescheduled appointments will incur a $25 fee.
- If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours after the job is completed, and we will work to resolve the issue, whether through a partial refund or a re-clean.
Access & Security:
- It is your responsibility to ensure our cleaning team has access to your property at the scheduled time. If we are locked out, we will attempt to contact you. If access is not provided within 60 minutes of our arrival, a $50 late cancellation fee may apply. If your property has a security system, please provide us with any necessary codes or instructions.
Preparation:
- We ask that you tidy up and remove clutter to allow our cleaners to access the areas that need cleaning. If you would like us to handle this, please inform us ahead of time for a fee adjustment.
- While rare, breakage or damage may occur. We carry insurance for any damage caused by our cleaners, but you must report any damage within 24 hours of the service. We are not responsible for claims made after this period and are not liable for damage to fragile, valuable, or improperly secured items such as cash, jewelry, art, antiques, or fixtures.
