Get Ready for Adventure!
Enjoy a Forest River RV Cherokee Grey Wolf 26DBH, valued at $920 CAD (or a similar model). This voucher is valid during the RV season from May to October 2025 and expires on October 31, 2025. A refundable security deposit of $500 CAD is required at pick-up. Remember, the rental must be returned to the same location where you picked it up!
RENTAL PERIOD
Your Perfect Getaway Awaits!
Rent for 4 days (Thursday to Sunday):
- Pick-Up: Thursdays between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM
- Drop-Off: Mondays by 10:00 AM (Sunday returns are not allowed). If Monday is a holiday and the rental location is closed, return the RV on the next business day at 10:00 AM without extra charges. Late returns will incur a fee, so be sure to stick to the schedule! Pick-up times will be confirmed one week prior.
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
Ready to Hit the Road?
All renters need to show a valid driver�s license and proof of insurance for the tow vehicle, which must cover the RV while attached. Don�t forget: you�ll need a receiver, 7-pin wiring, and brake control if you're towing!
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Peace of Mind!
A refundable security deposit of $1,000 CAD is collected at pick-up. Expect your deposit back within 15 business days after returning the RV�just ensure it's clean, undamaged, propane refilled, and waste tanks emptied to avoid deductions.
ADDITIONAL FEES
- Walk-Through Fee: An $80.00 fee covers orientation and inspection.
- Late Fees: Charges apply for late returns�check with Rangeland RV for rates.
- Cleaning Fees: Please return the RV clean inside and out; additional charges may apply otherwise.
- Pet Policy: Pets are welcome! Extra fees may apply depending on RV condition at return.
- Propane Refill & Tank Dumping: Charges apply if tanks aren�t refilled or emptied.
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
Stay Covered!
Renters are responsible for damages during the rental. Rangeland RV provides liability coverage when the RV isn�t attached to the tow vehicle. Proof of insurance for the tow vehicle is a must, and it should cover the rental while attached. Optional insurance is available to help reduce your financial responsibility for damages�ask your rental location for details.

RV BATTERY CHARGING
Power Up!
Batteries charge off a deep cell battery charger or while plugged into 110V power. Planning to go off-grid? Consider renting a portable solar panel for extra charging!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Keep in Mind:
This voucher is non-transferable and can�t be exchanged for cash or credit. No refunds for unused portions or early returns.
GENERAL RULES
- No smoking or open flames (including candles) in the RV.
- Traffic tickets during the rental are your responsibility.
- Only RV-approved toilet paper and chemicals allowed�let's keep those tanks happy!
