THE GRAND PRIZE
The Grand Prize includes:

- Two (2) nights standard accommodation (double occupancy) at Moxy Banff, AB
LIMITATIONS ON DATES OF TRAVEL
The Grand Prize must be used during the Travel Period of November 15 & 16, 2024. If the winner cannot travel during this time, the prize will be forfeited and another eligible contestant will be selected.
EXPENSES
The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all incidental expenses incurred, including but not limited to:
- Ground transportation
- Airport fees
- Travel insurance
- Food/beverages
- Banff Park Pass fees
- Tips and taxes
The winner must ensure they have all necessary travel documents prior to departure.
NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES
Neither X92.9 CFEX FM nor Harvard Broadcasting Inc. make any representations or warranties regarding the quality or fitness of the Grand Prize. The winner cannot seek reimbursement or pursue legal action if the Grand Prize is unsatisfactory.
GRAND PRIZE TO BE ACCEPTED AS AWARDED
The decision of the Contest judges is final. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the winner cannot claim the prize, another contestant will be selected.
